Describe the TV studio recording experience in one sentence: It was somewhat challenging, and the energy from everyone was impressive.

First impressions upon hearing the complete song: Upon hearing it, I thought about starting to listen to this genre of music, as I wasn't very familiar with it; it's a good song.

Biggest challenge collaborating with CYGNUS: Since I wasn't very familiar with the music genre, it was understanding how to interpret this type of music.

Describe working with CYGNUS: It was a great experience because the whole team understood each artist, and we managed to understand each other.

Impact of flute and string octet on the song's progressive metal style: It adds a contrasting touch due to the type of instrument it is, yet it also gives the song its own style.

Ideal scene for "Fenrir the Wolf" in an epic movie: During an action moment while characters are fighting for something important.

Favorite music video part and why: The part after the chorus, as we are all giving it our all.

Message or impression for CYGNUS fans regarding the collaboration: It was a great experience; getting to know another style of playing and being able to convey through this music was truly challenging but amazing.

 Mariana Posada (Cello)

Describe "Fenrir the Wolf" in three words: Intriguing, exciting, utopian.

Craziest moment during filming: Dealing with the music while using the mask and costume, as this type of music on my instrument is still something new to me.

Describe the TV studio recording experience in one sentence: Strangely fabulous to behold.

First impressions upon hearing the complete song: The song filled me with many intense but pleasant emotions.

Biggest challenge collaborating with CYGNUS: The most challenging was getting to Cali due to public order issues on the Popayán - Cali route... And memorizing the solo unison part we all had.

Describe working with CYGNUS: Working with Cygnus is a great experience because the professionalism and human quality of all the members are evident.

Impact of flute and string octet on the song's progressive metal style: The combination of these instruments gives it a symphonic style ambiance while maintaining the strength and power characteristic of this metal genre.

Ideal scene for "Fenrir the Wolf" in an epic movie: It would fit into a final epic battle scene, where northern men are fighting their enemies in a harsh environment, with the protagonist and antagonist fighting to the death for victory.

Favorite music video part and why: My favorite part is when the cellos play the long note accompanying the singer and then fit strongly into the chorus.

Message or impression for CYGNUS fans regarding the collaboration: Listening to this type of music not only opens up our musical horizons but also fascinates us with the stories of Viking culture. Supporting local artists with innovative proposals in our country is important.

 Yiseth Palencia (Violin II)

Describe "Fenrir the Wolf" in three words: Different, Brutal, mysterious.

Craziest moment during filming: Seeing Ruxx tied to a chain.

Describe the TV studio recording experience in one sentence: A very impeccable experience.

First impressions upon hearing the complete song: I didn't quite understand it at the very beginning, it was too complex with a lot of strange time signatures and changes 😅

Biggest challenge collaborating with CYGNUS: The diminished sixteenth notes were an uncomfortable (challenging) position for the violin.

Describe working with CYGNUS: Great! I love collaborating with Cygnus; I would do it as many times as possible.

Impact of flute and string octet on the song's progressive metal style: For me, the flute and string octet enrich the compositions with complex melodies and arrangements, expanding the emotional and dynamic range of the song and the music.

Ideal scene for "Fenrir the Wolf" in an epic movie: In a Narnia scene.

Favorite music video part and why: My favorite part is when we're all on stage because we complement each other, and I love feeling the energy of each band member and the octet.

Message or impression for CYGNUS fans regarding the collaboration: Listen not only to the song "Fenrir" but the entire album because it's really good, very well done. The Cygnus guys are great musicians, composers, and buddies.

Mariana Díaz (Violin I)

Describe "Fenrir the Wolf" in three words: Energy, intensity, strength.

Craziest moment during filming: The craziest thing was seeing a cat that looked like a leopard.

Describe the TV studio recording experience in one sentence: It's a very cozy place.

First impressions upon hearing the complete song: I thought it was a beautiful composition and it shows the potential of the band.

Biggest challenge collaborating with CYGNUS: The most challenging part was a passage in the first violin that required a lot of technical resources.

Describe working with CYGNUS: It was an enriching experience because as musicians, we stepped out of our comfort zone.

Impact of flute and string octet on the song's progressive metal style: The octet and the flute give the song much more musicality besides the main vocals.

Ideal scene for "Fenrir the Wolf" in an epic movie: I would think of a Viking or battle movie.

Favorite music video part and why: The violin solo part is my favorite because it contrasts with the rest of the song.

Stefhania Usman (Flute and Piccolo)

Describe "Fenrir the Wolf" in three words: Power, emotion, fraternity.

Craziest moment during filming: It was funny that the mask didn't let me position the flute tube correctly on my lips, so I had to push it slightly upward. I've never played while something (besides an unnoticed microphone) played the flute!

Describe the TV studio recording experience in one sentence: One feels important, haha, it's different from a music studio.

First impressions upon hearing the complete song: I liked it; it feels powerful, the chorus is strong and catchy, I really liked having those piccolo melodic lines.

Biggest challenge collaborating with CYGNUS: Being told to move a lot. It might sound weird, but I always play very still, so trying to get the sound out, hear myself, listen to others, and move was difficult.

Describe working with CYGNUS: CYGNUS has a very familiar atmosphere, they are like brothers with a dark and relaxed humor that makes the experience cool, the energy is very brutal. I enjoy working with the band.

Impact of flute and string octet on the song's progressive metal style: Perfect! This type of orchestration enriches the song more. It's subtle since it's not a complete orchestra set, but it has enough strength to fill and make a powerful song.

Ideal scene for "Fenrir the Wolf" in an epic movie: I imagine a journey, that scene where they are on their way to something big, unknown, and challenging. But the protagonists, although they have no idea what awaits them, are expectant and full of courage.

Favorite music video part and why: The violin solo. And I liked that scene where it's just Den and the cellos; I imagine it emulates Fenrir and is like a pause in chaos to return with more power.

Message or impression for CYGNUS fans regarding the collaboration: That CYGNUS is a brutal band. I would like fans to feel the same familiarity I feel when collaborating with them. I really enjoy listening to these crazy guys' entire albums!
